In 2008-09, Chris Paul, per www.basketball-reference.com had an assist % over 50%. In the sim, it's less than 40%. Why is this?

WIS includes the own players FGM in the calculation whereas bball ref is calculating ast % on teammates baskets only. Since players assist on exactly zero of their own FGM, every players ast% on WIS will appear lower.
Reason is because of the way the sim calculated ast% on floor (all 5 players are aggregated, even the guy taking the shot)
