Customer Support No Longer Operating? Topic

I've had a ticket submitted for over 48 hours now to replace an abandoned owner.  I don't remember the last time I had issues with getting tickets responded to on such a trivial matter.  Is anyone else seeing a significant delay?  To be clear, the ticket hasn't been upgraded or responded to, its just sitting there in submission.

Disturbing trend.  It's time for me to buy my next 10 pack, but this sort thing makes me want to hesitate.

As a WifS ticket response apologist, I think most of the users likely word them horribly, I do find this troubling.    They have always responded to the "easy" stuff quickly.   And this is the easy stuff.   I'm over 48 hours now.

Completely agreed Mike, 100%.  I'm now at 72 hours.

I will be in a couple of hours.   Unfortunately, we were trying to get an incoming owner in place before rollover in order to keep the budgets.  WS ended last night so we still have a little bit of time but, with no response in the longest time I've ever seen, I'm not very optimistic.

Same here, I had an owner abandon and he was in 3 of my worlds, one of which was in the World Series.  But now we're in the dead period.  If/when they respond, I'm planning on asking whats going on.  No idea where that will get me, but I want to at least ask the question.

Last week I needed a replacement owner in SP and they took care of it the next day. Weird that just the next week they would be like this.

Hopefully they resolve this **** soon. I will miss this game if they are shuttering it.

I also have a ticket submitted to replace an owner and have not received a response.  It was submitted on 03/29.
