You will be randomly assigned a box score from baseball-reference.com.
We will build our rosters using all of the players in the starting lineups and the two starting pitchers. With the remaining roster spots, we can use any pitchers from either team. They must be from the same season as the box score.
NOTE: If a player in the lineups does not appear in the WIFS database, then please fill his spot with another player from one of the two teams given (preferably from the same position).
NOTE#2: To help have enough innings pitched, you can drop your least expensive OF. (I dropped Bake McBride).
NOTE#3: Games that had DH will not be able to use the DH, since the majority of games will not have access to DH.
NOTE#3: If a combined position (such as C or SS) does not have at least 500 AB or one guy has less than 100 PA, then an appeal can be made to substitute a "bench" player for one of the starters. (Tom Haller was used to replace Bob Barton at C for the '66 SF team)
