I'll try 1918 Walter Bernhardt. He pitched 2/3 of an inning for the Yankees in a game against the Tigers at the Polo Grounds on July 16, 1918. He struck out one and he didn't allow a run, but was never heard from again. At least he got to know what it felt like to fan someone in the majors.
