I'm back, but keep in mind what I brought up at the end of last season: 13-14 players pre-D update should be released around April 16th. IMO we can draft these guys, but if a D update causes a salary change for a player pre-teams being entered then it's on the person who drafted the guy to figure out the cap issue.

I'll go closer to 1, and I plan to try a 13-14 guy most likely, even if we start this pre-release, because it's almost guaranteed that those players will be in the database before the league actually tips off.

IMO we should ban 13-14 players in ODL XLVII and we should wait until the full season has been released. Technically, only current players in the database are available for drafting. We should wait until dh uses them in his annual draft league.
