Clint Hurdle.  Can someone explain the twist?

Great pick! You can choose to twist 12 of Clint Hurdle's teammates or players' managed, but not both. 

........I've got a roster picked out, all played that year w/ or were coached that year by Hurdle......but I don't know 'twist,' sorry.

To "twist" means, for example, you can take Troy Tulowitzki (whom Hurdle managed) and use any season of his career, even those not managed by Hurdle or Keith Hernandez (who was a teammate of Hurdle) and use any season of his career including those when he was not a teammate of Hurdle. You must choose to twist his teammates or managed players, but not both, or you can choose to twist none.

Got it, I thought that was the case but wanted to make sure.  So I'll twist who he managed.  Now, I don't have to twist a guy if I don't wanna, right? Say, '07 Holliday for instance.

Also, go off Baseball Reference for years he played and managed, right?
