Dual Cap League - Two Teams Per Owner!

We need 12 guys to sign up. Each user will draft two teams.
One team will have 100 mil to spend. (League cap will be set @ 100)
One team will have 75 mil to spend. (manually ensure your total salary is below 75)
All 100 mil teams will play in the same conference.
All 75 mil teams will play in the other conference.

Teams will be randomly realigned within each conference. (i.e you won't necessarily have the same division-mates in both conf.)

WW and Trades off
Average ML
Ties
Max Out - 8

Playoff intensity - TBD. I know most users, including myself, dislike this setting. I always turn it off for my leagues. However, it could be interesting to try it with this one because it could give the 75 mil team in the finals a fighting chance at beating the 100 mil team.

Sign up below and declare whether you prefer PI to be on or off. The majority vote of the 12 owners decides the setting.

I will join this league if playoff intensity is ON.  I've been participating in WIS for years and have yet to be in a league that used it.  I'd like to know what all the fuss is about.

Cripes!  So hard to fill a league these days.  Please be sure to take seriously my previous point about staying the league only if the playoff intensity is ON.  If that factor doesn't exist there's no point to the lower cap division.  Plus I just want to see what happens.
