It does.  The only thing I might suggest is that since I started trying to keep things a bit more geographically aligned a leg or two ago, perhaps Miami stays in the NL East, with Atlanta to the Central, and Houston to their current home in the AL West.  I'm certainly willing to listen to other suggestions as well.

Again apologies for not updating before now.  Between here, filling my HBD world and continued home improvement issues, I'm being spread a bit thin.
