If you want to be successful, try really hard to be a white male.
Well if that isn't a blatantly racist comment, I'm not sure what is.
How is that racist?
How is it not?
Just mentioning race isn't racism.

Acknowledging that white men occupy the vast majority of positions of power, make more money, and, in general, enjoy more success than women and men of other races isn't racism. It's a fact.
So, now you answer. How is that racist?

"If you want to be successful, try really hard to be a white male."

This implies that the color of one's skin, in and of itself, will help you get ahead in society.

"I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character."

Maybe you should trying defining people by the standards set by the man who said the above statement.  He's was kind of famous and well respected.  But he was murdered, because of the color of his skin.

No, no, no.

You should tell black children that they are doomed to fail because of the color of their skin.    I'm sure that would be a great motivator.

Unfortunately, the color of your skin does help you get ahead in society. Kings dream has not yet come true.

That seems to be BL's message of the day.

"Sorry, kid.  You're the wrong color.  Here's an EBT card and an Obama phone.  NEXT!"

Should we compare drug use statistics by race (roughly equal) to arrests for drug possession by race (just a hint, not equal)?
6/6/2014 3:24 PM
Or look at the racial make up of the Senate.
6/6/2014 3:24 PM
Or CEOs of Fortune 500 companies?
6/6/2014 3:25 PM
Or income and poverty stats in general?

You can go and do that while I'm treating people equally without regard to the color of their skin.

Oh ok. Ignoring racism is ok with you. Acknowkedging racism, on the other hand, is "blatantly racist."

Cool.

Some of us have succeeded without being white.

Which removes the excuse for non-whites.  It must be some other variable that is making them unsuccessful.

I call it WORK ETHIC.

So the exceptions disprove the rule?

Are blacks, Hispanics, and women lazier, in general, than white males?

"Yeah, yeah, yeah.  Don't buy that "you can be anything you want to be bullshit".   If you're lucky, you may one day make a dollar more than minimum wage.   Seriously, you should just drop out and get to work.    School isn't going to help you out because you're just a shade darker than white.  And YOU'RE A GIRL!!!!"
