THAT is rhetoric. If we reduced everyone's taxes who do think will benefit more? The rich or the lesser folks? Do you think there's a billion dollars of wasteful spending just laying around waiting for someone to find it? Those tax cuts are going to increase the deficit even further.
This is the Republicans 5th straight year of having control of the House. They have yet to even propose a balanced budget.
