Six Drafts Tournament III - 1920-1968 Franchise Edition

The "Six Drafts" concept is becoming very popular. It’s where the owners are divided into groups of four and each group holds its own 4-person draft. Each group of four owners will play in a division together and is drafting from its own unique subset of players. These drafts run very quickly (3-4 rounds per day) and there’s enough talent for everybody to have a decent team. The Six Drafts Winter Tournament drafted from specific seasons. This second edition of Six Drafts drafted players from a specific franchise (using seasons 1969-2013). This version will also draft players from a specific franchise but using years 1920-1968. Since we're only using 16 franchises, this is essentially a "Four Drafts" tournament.
Salary Cap: $100 Million
Round 1
There will be four leagues running simultaneously. That means there will be 16 different drafts (4 per league). These 16 drafts represent the 16 MLB franchises in existence in 1920. In other words, each division will consist of 4 owners who drafted players from one specific franchise.
Upon signup, please select just ONE franchise. I will allow people to sign up for up to 4 franchises, but not until Monday (May 5) at 9:00 am EDT... I want to give as many people as possible a shot at their favorite team. Once multiple team signups begin, keep the following rules in mind: You cannot have more than one team per league, and make sure not to select teams in the same "round 2" division. See table below (I.e., you cannot own more than one team in any row or column). EDIT* In order to get those last spots filled, I am allowing more than one team from the same column or row (but if you take two teams from one column, please take one AL and one NL team).
I grouped the teams into the four leagues, based on geographical location and cumulative W-L% in the years 1920-1968. So League #1 has the franchises with the highest winning% and League #4 has the franchises with the lowest winning%
Here is how the teams will be aligned. If bold, then that franchise is full.

Round 2
Each division winner from round 1 will advance to round 2. That's 16 teams. The round 2 alignment is based on the above chart. (i.e., Yankees, TIgers, Red Sox & Orioles will play in the AL East).
Prizes:
No GC purchase is required. I am donating $150 worth of credits. The World Series champ of round 2 wins $100. The runner-up gets $50.
Drafting Rules
Once four people sign up for a franchise, I will post the draft order and then they can start drafting. EDIT: I will wait until we are mostly full, then I will post the draft order and start the drafts.
The draft will be a 26-round draft (including a ballpark used by your franchise). If there are fewer than 4 ballpark choices, then each ballpark can be used at most twice. If there is only one ballpark, well there's your 26th round pick. Renamed parks with the same dimensions count as a single park. Once a player is selected, all versions of that player are off the board for the other three drafters. The drafter does NOT have to specify which season of the drafted player he is using until he submits his roster.
The draft order will be determined randomly and it will be a snake draft (1-2-3-4, 4-3-2-1, 1-2-3-4, etc.). The drafts won’t be on a timed schedule initially, but if a draft is running very slowly, I reserve the right to come in and set up a schedule to keep things moving (we should get at least 3 rounds done per day).

Multi-team players: No restrictions (i.e., you can use partial or combined), but once a player is drafted, all versions of that player are off the board.

Team Name: Anything, but it helps if include your franchise.
