$90M question - Can I drop players from my team and replace them with  <$300K players? If so, is there a limit?

whatifle, you must spend AT LEAST $40 million on each franchise.  You can go 40/60, 45/55, 50/50, etc.  You cannot go 39,999,999 and 60,000,001.

rickysdad44, your $90M roster will consist of the following four types of players...

A. Players from your specified team (i.e., 2012 Cardinals)
B. Players from the roster of your specified team, but twisted to any year  (i.e., 2001 Lance Berkman, Astros)
C. Free agent players from the same year as your specified team (i.e., 2012 Clayton Kershaw, Dodgers)
D. <300K players from the same year as your specified team (i.e., 2012 John Hester, Angels, $285K)

B + C is limited to the number specified in the rules, based on your team's winning% (i.e., 2012 Cardinals, B+C = 4)

Babe Ruth in Coors, $120M
Three simple rules:
(1) You must play in Coors Field
(2) You must roster one Babe Ruth (any version, including pitcher) and
(3) Every pitcher on your roster must fulfill either of these requirements: HR/9 >= 0.50 or WHIP >= 1.10

I was going to include a minimum IPs rule too, but decided to let each person decide for himself how many innings is appropriate for this theme. Just be warned that if you skimp on innings, the “Fatigue Hell Death Spiral” could result in a 120+ loss season and single-handedly doom your chances to advance to round 2.

Other Specifics

Cannot search or filter by HR/9 >= .
What a pain.

What a pain.
At the very bottom of the search page, make sure that you have either the "Normal" or "Advanced" search options selected.  The "Beginner" setting pretty much is useless and won't let you change any of the search criteria.

Question on the $110M theme, actually just a clarification, you can choose any ballpark as long as it was in action during one of your seasons?  You don't actually have to pick a ballpark from a team that one of our players played for?
7/12/2014 2:16 AM
Yes, that is correct.

Question on the $110M theme, Years of players. No mention of year span. I.E. 1885 - 2013. Correct?
