We need 10 new owners to join our league. We have not started yet so once we get ten then we will hold the first draft. We will have a vote with all 24 owners on the format of the draft (snake, modified snake, regular). We will be using the same rules as in the original Centennial League.

im getting a list of all rules put together for this league in the next 48 hrs. 

ill post them here as soon as they are finished. 

all of the owners listed have been in a league together for some time now. we caught up to real time and so are starting this league so we have some baseball sim fun. we have rules that have been hammered out through the years, they just need to be compiled.


Washington/Texas is yours. 

Here is the what was said about franchises and moving stadiums:

"We had to select a stadium that was in use at the time we started (I was in Washington last time) and you may stay there as long as you wish (I stayed at RFK long after the real Senators left). However if you decide to change stadiums you must select one in existence during the RL equivalent season, and the defunct stadium is mothballed."

My plan is to relocate to Arlington when the franchise moves as I like Arlington Stadium. I'll play at RFK for 3 years.
