hmm sorry I don't understand this,

9. TWIST any season of player!!!

so we choose 6 fwds from best season 6 from worst
3 Ds from best and 3 from worst

how do we twist from that? can you give me an example, I've never been in a twist league

You can use any season of the player's career, it does not have to be from that particular season.
