imo you should take the best player, and the best player CLEARLY is #2, even if you have to move him to 3B
along with 77 speed is absolutely ridiculous, he'll be a 30+ Hr / 40+ steal guy and will get tons of + plays at 3B, he is by far the best player out of this group.
the 40 contact will just mean that he strikes out a lot, and that's really not the end of the world. More strikeouts = fewer double plays imo.
My adage is that you should concentrate on the things a player does well rather than be fixated on 1 or 2 things he doesn't do so great. There's a difference between "not being perfect" and "not being good enough". #2 is probably to be a pretty awesome player, esp if you have 20 training and a good fielding coach
