Sorry shawbigred, we have had a misunderstanding: I did write suggesting it so it is my fault, but I had written to another owner as well for their pick and had in the meantime received another offer. 

I thought I wanted pre-1990 California for a specific player but later saw that they had been picked in an earlier round - sometimes seeing the small print is not easy on the computer screen for me and I had missed that he was listed. 

I apologize but we don't have a trade. 

Instead my 21st round pick for Texarkana goes to crazyamos for his pick in Ohio also in round 21. 

Again, I apologize for the confusion - it seems like it has been a day of confusion all around. 

The only thing I can say in all our defense is that I am more active on WIS lately because what I mostly study, teach and write about (and am often active in) is world politics and world politics in the last two weeks my friends, is so utterly f....ed up that I can barely stand to watch the news. 

So I check the newspaper a couple times a day online and spend my free time here even more enthusiastically. So however confused we all are we are doing better than pretty much all the people running the world right now.

I am sorry bagchucker, but I assumed you had been in other progressive leagues and that you would know this is a typical practice. I was wondering about you picking some players with 65 PA in one season in a prog where you can get some real lifetime superstars, but figured everyone has their own strategy. You still have a lot of rounds, a lot of stars and a roster that goes beyond 25, so the situation is far from grave.
