a couple of the theme ideas have penalty minute requirements - in an effort to fill - you might want to change those to an equivalent PIM/game to allow the use of players that played pre-80 game schedules.....80 PIM today is pretty much the same as 1PIM/game....so in 1919 a player with 24 PIM would equate.....same for some of the "player must have x amount of goals/assists/points/ etc.
