1)Cash in trades can't exceed salaries
2)No unauthorized use of AI at any point, inc Spring Training
3) No set wins minimum (though anything below 52 will result in a review of membership), but if actual ML payroll is less than $40 million, team must win a minimum 60 wins (clarification: return will be reviewed and may be subject to a vote). Two (consecutive or not) seasons in violation of this rule will result in loss of franchise.
4) Must refer to me as Your Excellency, Most Gracious and Wise.
5) Must have thick skin and not be easily offended.
6) No 0% rated pitchers to be used at the ML level.
7)No use of obvious non ML talent to be used as everyday players. This is one thing I see that truly drives me nuts. A player should at least be a decent hitter or a capable fielder, or a little of both, but definitely not none of either. No one makes the majors in real life with weak control, poor effectiveness, and unreliable pitch quality. They must be better than average at something, Josh Towers being a notable exception. Minimum rating threshold for ML players: SS, none of the four key D ratings can be below 70. CF, Range and Glove, 70+. 2B R/G 60+. Pitchers: Control 40+,Splits 45+ and only one split may be below 50. A pitcher with 45 control, 45 v/L, and 50 v/R is NOT ML talent.
