Early start to this year's Yarnell. For you gamblers, I'd take Dominican and the points. And for a real payday parlay it with the under (181)!

Sorry I missed your early game cregen7. Dominican the surprising leader in the clubhouse in Yarnell. Look out for W Alabama though.

If only my teams played as well in the NT as they do in the Yarnell.

Glass half full - There's something to be said for peaking early though. Maybe not a good something...but something.

Some observations so far...

Dominican goes undefeated for 2nd consecutive year in Yarnell. bvb24 should have the tournament renamed after him.
Harding closes our non conference season with back-to-back blowouts vs Top 25 teams in opposite directions that I have no explanation for. We lose 70-44 at home to Lander then win 82-59 vs Bellarmine. Not taking anything away from Dominican's accomplishments and throwing out the Lander game, the best team I played and I played a SOS of 4 was St Mary's TX. Look out boys. My hog cousin mduncan has a real nice team this year.

More observations:

Heartland is good, managed the rare feat of 100 wins in non-con, will be a blood-bath in conference play. Don't fear Incarnate Word, we have 2 OT wins and another win by a point.

Dominican, St Mary's, Valdosta St, and N Florida are my #1 seed picks.

My early coach of the year candidate is SimAI for the job at Pittsburg St.

oh and kentucky led ucla 41-7 at half... in real life

W Florida just played 3 #1 teams in a row, and won twice. How are they not even sniffing the top 25 after that?

That IW team we aren't supposed to fear beat my St Marys squad by 10. Don't let dave fool you. They are good.

And I second that W. Florida belongs in the top 25.

I didn't think we'd be this good since we only have 2 seniors. Valdosta St has beaten us twice.

I think the conference is putting together one of the all-time best d-II seasons. 10 teams in the top 35 on the projection report, and a really high RPI.

Man the Heartland is nasty. Here's rooting for Dominican so they don't sweep the 1 seeds!

No doubt. Congrats on making it out of round one alive, bvb. I'd guess that you'll get Bowie St in the elite eight, but who knows who will win that Pfeffier/Bowie St match up.
