Personally, I love the Big East right now. That East division is as good as any other division in 1A. with the exception of maybe the Big12 South. 

The problem is that Pitt's current ranking is 19th, their SOS is 105, and there are still two teams left on the schedule with a WIS ranking of 90 or higher. Additionally, Pitt has zero matchups with any top ten teams, according to the current rankings. I think all of you guys in the East are tough, and I'll be surprised if one team emerges from that division undefeated. With that said, I do really like Pitt and Rutgers and Uconn. I think any of those teams could give an elite squad a real run. But SOS is going to be a killer.

The more I'm watching this play out, the more I'm realizing how important scheduling is in D1A. You have to schedule tough enough to have meaningful wins but you don't want a gauntlet either.
