So the M's have Alvin Davis, but not Alex Rodriguez.

Persona non grata wherever he goes.

Write him in. Or go to the Yankees page and write him in there like I did. Ruth, Mantle, Gehrig, & Arod.

The Marlins list is sad

That's the most egregious one. KCR have really strange choices. Carlos Beltran is probaby the second best player in franchise history after George Brett. And Kevin Appier should get consideration as well.

Some fun debates here. If you look at the Pirates and say you have to have Bonds, Wagner and Stargell, then you have one choice between Pie Traynor, Roberto Clemente, Paul Waner and Ralph Kiner. That's a tough call.

How many players are candidates for more than one team?

I've found Vladimir Guerrero and Randy Johnson.

The Marlins are, truly, sad.

Also sort of strange are the Padres. They at least have some true HOFers there, but boy it gets thin. Steve Garvey is a choice for them. He played a couple years at the tail of his career there, hardly a Padre by most definitions. But who should be there instead? Andy Benes?

Steve Garvey for Padres & Dodgers.

Probably Ken Caminiti. Won an MVP and helped them go to the World Series. And he was truly loved by the fans in SD during his time there.

The A's are loaded with good players. Bonds made the list for the Pirates and the Giants.

Another tough 4th call is the Twins.

Surely it's Walter Johnson, Killebrew & Carew. But is #4 Puckett, Kaat, Blyleven? Or even Mauer?

Trick question. I wrote in Sam Rice.

Kinda weird that Clemens didn't make the Boston list.

Nolan Ryan is on there for the Angels, Astros, and Rangers. He won 51 games as a Ranger.
