when you compare both players to where they are drafted... marion is preferred over marshall (better fg%, blks, steals, fouls, t.o.'s). there can be an argument made for marshall over marion, but this league is filled with exceptional owners who cannot be fooled too much. marion is drafted ahead of marshall 3/4's of the time. perhaps 4/5th's of the time.

Marion doesn't have better blocks (Marshall 2.5%, Mat 2.3%), only slightly better stls (which don't do anything anyway), not better TOs (per48s are both 1.8), difference in fouls is insignificant (Marshall = 3.7 per48, Matrix = 3.4), difference in Def is marginal (86 v 89), 2.6 pt difference in efg is sort of significant but we're talking about 2 usage pt players - meanwhile Marshall is a better rebounder and (this is where I think people get fooled on Marion) is much the superior floor stretcher - he takes more threes and makes them at a significantly better rate - and Marshall costs 1.7m less for only 400 less minutes (roughly) - (compared to the 56efg 100% sf available model of the Matrix)

Lol I know.. its fixed.  

I've had my eye on Harden since the new season came out. I almost took Harden with my 3rd pick, but talked myself out of it. Then with this pick I nearly did it again, but didn't think he would make it to the late forth.

Yeah I like him and Malone as a 1-2 punch.

I was actually worried dh may take him so I tried to trade with carbon to get ahead of him. Carbon declined, dh took Kobe, and I still got my guy.

dh thought you were trying to trade up to grab Kobe... He was not going to be happy with you

If he had taken Klay I would've taken Kobe. It would've put me in a salary crunch though and I kinda feel like you gotta focus on oreb when you draft a guy like that, which isn't a strength of my team.
