Or "incredible upside potential", or "a truly gifted athlete".

Also true. Good catch, thanks.

I just nabbed a STL LB.  Spent a load on him.

I found a Stl for my very dominant d 2 team Kutztown. Sadly, it was the Kicker.

He could win some games for you with clutch field goals.

+23 WE between RS FR year and RS SO year is pretty incredible, IMHO.

What is the message when they are STL?  Does it specifically say sky is the limit or is it some other response?
It specifically says the sky's the limit
There are at least two other AC Scout responses that mean the same thing. One is incredible upside, another something about being a star. There may be others.

STL  Gridiron Dynasty - Football Sim Games - Player Profile: Samuel Blanchard gained 56 points for me in his RS FR year.

I am likely moving to another team from Utah. But it is hard to leave a player of this caliber.

Currenlty, on my 5 teams I have 3 other STL players.

DL Robert Ott

TE Jason Dawson

DB Lawrence Byrne

I haven't found on in a few seasons. It's pretty random and lucky when they come up on your radar. But fun to see them grow!

Do STL improve at a faster rate than non-STL players regardless of work ethic?  I just signed http://www.whatifsports.com/gd/PlayerProfile/Ratings.aspx?pid=9816232 and redshirted him. Just wondering what to expect.

Potential is how big the glass is and WE is how fast you fill it. So WE is an important part of the development process.

A high WE and above avg potential player could improve just as much or more then the player you signed. However, if you start that player every year after his RS year and grow his WE, he will likely improve a bunch.

First post updated.
These 2 OLs are the two best players in D3 Wilk right now. The STL Joseph Banks might be the best player I've had in D3 after this season is over. Unless the WE is really low, I just don't see how a STL player doesn't turn out to be a stud, especially if you start him all four seasons.

First post's final update complete. Any thoughts?

You just assured that any STL recruits will be battled for with even more intensity.
