Help!!!!

Why is there only one line for potentials?  I can't input more than one line and it makes it difficult to pull my recruiting messages.

This error actually happens quite a bit and shouldn't affect anything. I've never figured out why it happens for some people though. Are you experiencing issues with the tool?

Did you grab the config.ini when you downloaded the tool? It comes preconfigured with all the potential stuff you should need. Also, if you haven't already seen it, check out the instructional video about potentials in the tool.

Yes it stops after the error and doesn't pull recruits at all.

Awesome that did help it said "Save and Close"  after I did that another line popped up.  Thanks.

I have a question , I use this tool as of my return. It sasys I am not a donor , but I am. I used the tool back in 2012.  Do I have to use it under my old account Memphisblue ? or this  one. I forgot my old email details and I have changed numbers so I cant get it back. I am curious , because I went to Mass recruit and it said donor only.

The tool used to show six columns for formulas. Now only five are showing. Bug or feature?
