It really doesn't matter, does it?

The penalty for resisting or fleeing is a relatively small amount of jail time not death.
Right.  99.999% of arrests and traffic stops end up in a living perp.  What did all these guys do to distinguish themselves from the VAST majority of other perps?

For ****'s sake.    NO ONE is saying that they should have been shot dead.   EVERYONE is saying they created a new situation by resisting that resulted in a shooting.

I know personal responsibility is a foreign concept to liberals but, had these criminals complied with the officer's reasonable requests, they would not be dead.

So, yeah, it does matter, hillary_luck.

Dubose was unlucky enough to get pulled over by a murderous cop.
Ha! Really?

Facepalm.
Do you disagree?

If any other cop pulls Dubose over and he tries to run, the cop gets back in his car, follows Dubose, and then arrests him.

Unfortunately for Dubose, he got pulled over by the one cop that thought a bullet to the head was a good way to prevent Dubose from fleeing.

Were you shot?

Well, he murdered Dubose. He may have never committed murder before that, but we now know that he was capable of murder.

He murdered Dubose. That makes him murderous.

In my opinion, it was murder.

Do you think it was murder?

Shooting a fleeing suspect is not necessarily murder.  It's only murder if a jury convicts him of murder.

Sorry, but you don't get to decide.

It's my opinion, tard.

Maybe Tensing shot to wound or incapacitate... and is just a ****** marksman.

He'll get manslaughter 1 or 2, not murder.  But bad_legal doesn't understand the difference....
