Yes, they have to cut the crap. This bull was passed because COWS fart methane gas, which libs say causes global warming. They have also blamed termites. How did they do it? They simply made a law. No doubt officials will fart around with the rules and end up, as always, with a massive tax on farmers unable to cut the cheese.
