Would like to start a league for today's hockey players if there is enough interest.  League would be for players from 2005-06 through 2014-2015 only.  I figure $100 million would be enough to allow teams to select a couple of the big guns while still allowing for enough diversity to make it interesting.  

Cap:     $100 Million
No PI or WW
Trades OK but 4 to veto
ML allowed - average
Max injuries - 6
Will use shootout
No clones
