Official Ruling on not having enough pitchers on your roster:

If you can find someone to trade with you pretty quick to reach 6 pitchers, that is fine. If you can't, please post here how many you need. Worst case scenario I will produce a basket of 200K scrubs that can be picked up to get us through this season. The scrubs can be set on rest and probably will never enter a game.
