I've gone back and forth with CS some 5 times now trying to get them to answer a question that I asked. Every time they answer me they ignore the question. I've been polite until the last submittal. Now they won't answer me at all. I would never be a commissioner. In fact I'm thinking I'm just about done with WIS. The CS department is manned by robots in my opinion.

I will agree that the responses I get from WIS are frustrating. I just pulled up my most recent ticket and here is the first line of my response to their response. "Based on your response it looks like you never even read my question."

I have played other games where the CS rarely even respond.

P.S. I meant other games outside of WIS.
