Since the MLB regular season is winding down, I propose a franchise league to take advantage of the new players!  

1.  Select at least 8 players from your 2015 franchise team.
2.  Select at most 5 players from your 2015 franchise team that are twisted to seasons 2010-2014 when they played on other teams.
3.  Select at most 7 players from your 2015 franchise team that are twisted to seasons 2010-2014 when they played for your team.
4.  Complete your major league roster with sub-500K players from your franchise 2000-2009.

5.  Draft manually 4/4 average AAA from your franchise 2000-2015.

Other particulars:

90 million cap
No clones, WW, injuries or DH.
Yes to AAA (according to rule #5 above)
Two owners may select the same franchise, and will be placed in opposite leagues.
Use any current stadium, but league-wide uniqueness is in effect.

Datatrek, are you going to limit this to a 16 team league?    I think (IMHO) that once the new 2015 data is available, this will fill up quickly, even with a full 24 team league.

24-team leagues are far better. Would be worth the wait, and I imagine we'd be able to get 24, as well.

Yes.  It's 24 or bust.  I think that the salary cap might need an edit to allow the 15 franchises that usually fill a 24-team league to be viable.  The interesting part is that the first 8 owners chose 8 different franchises!  That's really encouraging!
