I don't have Excel, and my copy loads nicely into Google Sheets, which is a free on-line spreadsheet. I'll report any problems I run into.

I was going to make this spreadsheet in google sheets, because that's all I use.  I figured most people don't use it.  Everything should work the same, but the conditional formating / color coding will probably be off.  Calculations should be fine.
