Russ Allison is winding down his career with 316 points of growth over 5 years. Best player I've ever recruited at DIII by far, better than most of the DII guys I've recruited. The game will get a lot harder next year.

this guy is up 261 only 22 games into his sophomore year.  he's still blue in 2 and black in 6.  He has at LEAST 100 more (not just a rounded guess) not including WE and counting his 2 blues as 21

update.  he's now up 272 and guaranteed at least 98 more growth if I can get him maximized.  400 is possible

update.  he's now up 324 and guaranteed at least 43 more just based off of current numbers (46 more off of previous projections).  I think the max is 71 more, so 400 is likely out

I had a guy at DI that went from 560 to 844. He ended up leaving after his Junior season, he would have easily reached 300+ in improvement, I'm guessing 325-350 cause he still had a couple categories that hadn't turned red yet. Definitely my highest improvement at DI level.

This guy went up 360 in Tark DI at UNC. From 551 to 911.

I doubt it one turned red today. One has 12 for sure the other 3 blacks are at least 20+ past the blues and can turn any min. But I can hope. This guy will for sure reach overall rating of 800. While I know cores are what matters 800 for D3 and being my first 800 player ever is still pretty cool.

Yeah, 800 at DIII is still awesome

My best finished his career last season. Edward Cross started  at 438 and finished at 725. He started at 14 PER and finished at 88 PER and was still black. Senior season he was a first team all american.

17 games into junior year he's up 342 (one of 2 guys recruited in the same cycle that are 300+ growth).  he only has 2 black categories left (LP and PER).  probably will max out around 375 growth.  he finally had 2 good gpas in a row so I could back off on the study hall a bit.  no idea what he has in rebounding, but it was red at 28.  

that's great yanks my guy is at 360 still has two blacks but only a couple games left. His overall right now is 803 at D3.

upate.  finishes junior year up 359 rating.  just 1 black category left (LP).  DEF, BLK, P, ST all have 2 points remaining.  PE I believe has 5 remaining.  Not sure about ATH, SPD, and DU but probably 1 maybe 2 most in each.  Add in 6 or 7 in WE and we're at about 390 growth.  

Maryville in Crum has a guy that increased by 386
