Regarding the minor leaguers, I have never had a strategy for minor leaguers at below average for anything but having innings available or one position player that might spell a regular who has less than 450 plate appearances.

I have never done a league with real players as minor leaguers, just the stock ones that are default in the sim.  So if possible to have them from 1960 to present, that would be my choice.

At this point, we are looking at a 16 team league.  It has been painfully slow at 16 teams.

Minor leaguers 1960 to present  would be ideal  less than  300 PA also would work, and 100 innings and less would be great.

batgems, I have no experience with picking actual minor leaguers, but have seen it in the setup.  The 1960 to present would fit with the spirit of the theme and I was thinking even lower than 300 PA (maybe 150) and 50 or less IP.

The minor leaguers classified as "Below Average" are based on the game's own criteria.  When I just went to set it up, they actually have decent numbers just not many plate appearances or innings pitched.  Please adhere to 200 plate appearances or less and 50 innings pitched or less.  Only players from 1960 to present for minor leaguers as well.  There is a salary cap evidently on minor leaguers too even at below average.  League number will be sitemailed to you.
