Once they are full, the drafts will occur in the Theme Leagues forum. I will create threads and sitemail everyone in those leagues at that time.

You will not need to join them until after the draft is complete in the forum. Once the drafts are over, I will create league numbers.

Never did a draft before, how much time do you gave per pick?. Do you get a time slot each round?

The specifics of each draft will be different and will be explained via sitemail once the leagues are full. Suffice it to say, each draft will have timeslots that will be the same each day. I will be available for proxy picks and proxies will be able to be sent to other users as well.

I'll take a spot in the $90M - Twist 12 + Teammates league.  I'm pretty busy this weekend, so I might not get my team entered until Monday, though.

Do all leagues start at the same time, like what is done during official WIF tournaments, or does each one start as soon as they are filled and after commissioner approves rosters?

My original intention was to start the four non-draft leagues simultaneously and begin the drafts for the other two leagues at that time as well. I may re-evaluate that, though, depending on how quickly these final 12 spots are taken.
