There will be two rounds of round robin play, first round will be 6 groups of 4, play each team two games. One home and one away. The top 2 from each group will advance to the second round.

The second round will again be a double round robin playing each team home and away.

The top two advance to the semi-finals with the champion from each group playing the runner up from the other in a home and home series.

The winners advance to a one game final to be hosted by the team with the best record throughout the tournament.
