The most expensive team I can make with the 83 Phillies (without checking to see if my twists are legal and without having too many IP and PA) is 88mm, leaving me 12mm short of the cap right off the bat.  I guess its probably too late to change the cap, but I'm wondering, are there any other owners whose teams are falling way short of 100mm for this theme?

ok.  I just saw the part of the thread where another owner had the same issue.  So I guess it will be rare for a team to hit the 100m cap.

Rare for sure Big_T . . . I went with the $100M cap so as to give everyone a chance, albeit a small one, of exceeding $90M . . . .
