I agreed that many people see it as a symbol of racism.  I don't agree that that MAKES it a general symbol of racism.

But enough people see it as a symbol of racism that you don't think it should be flown over a government building, correct?

I told you why it shouldn't be flown over a government building in the other thread.  Go look it up.

Are they skinheads or just dudes who like short hair, clunky boots and visible tats?     Many people just assume skinheads.    Doesn't make them right.

Narrow minded people/libs like BL only see what they want to see, i.e. whatever fits their agenda of the moment.

I'm not asking why, I'm just confirming that you don't think a symbol of racism should be flown over the state capitol. You already "agreed completely" though, so this probably isn't necessary.

But, if "many people" view something as a specific symbol, it has to mean that, right?   If "many people" see someone as a skinhead, he must hate blacks and Jews, right?   "Many people" can't be wrong.

Well, you just seem to have all the answers about what I think and what I mean.  What do you need to ask me for?

Of course.  That's why it's obvious that this person hates black people:

As does this couple:

Yeah, that's what I said. As you pointed out, you already said (in the other thread) that the flag is a racist symbol that should not be flown over the capitol building. Confirmation isn't necessary.

What happened to this?

"I never said I get to decide what something means to someone else.".

Seems like you're deciding that the flag is a racist symbol to me.

What's the deal?  Do you or don't you get to decide what things mean to other people?

I'm not deciding anything. YOU told me to go to the other thread and see what you said.

In that thread YOU SAID that you "agreed completely" that it was a good thing to take down a racist symbol from the SC state capitol building.
12/10/2015 1:13 PM
So what's your point?  You seem to know everything I think and what things mean to me?  You've got everything all figured out.

So why do you continue to ask me about it?

12/10/2015 1:37 PM
I'm not asking you anything. Hence "this isn't necessary." Based on what you said in the other thread (thank you for pointing it out to me, btw), it seems like we agree on this topic. There's nothing more to discuss.
