I started out playing the Bill James Winter Classic baseball originally and loved it...am a relative newbie here and discovered this site after the demise of simball.com...The engine here seems to be so much more in depth than the simball.com and is along the lines of the Bill James model...Out of curiousity, did any of you guys play The Bill James game and what happened to the simball.com site?...It crashed and burned one day and that was it...

I also started out with the Winter Game...when it was by mail. I still have my Honus Wagner bust for winning a WS.

You got the games once a week by mail or $20 to get the box scores faxed to you each morning...
