WASHINGTON—Moving quickly to begin the process of filling the unexpected vacancy on the Supreme Court bench, President Obama spent much of the weekend compiling a shortlist of gay, transsexual abortion doctors to replace the late Antonin Scalia, White House sources confirmed Monday. “These are all exemplary candidates with strong homosexual values and proven records of performing partial-birth abortions, but am I missing anyone?” Obama reportedly asked himself while reviewing his list of queer, gender-nonconforming, feminist Planned Parenthood employees, all of whom were also said to be black immigrants. “I definitely have enough post-op transsexuals on the list, but it is a little light on pre-op candidates. And I should probably add a cop killer or two on here just to round out my options.” Sources later confirmed that Obama was attempting to rapidly narrow the list down to the single best nominee to submit to the Senate in hopes of wrapping up confirmation hearings before his choice had to leave to attend the Hajj pilgrimage.

DUH! SO WHAT? DC district court. You own it. Not contested. It's like your super delegates. Why bother to fight. It's gonna happen.

SEE HOW THEY VOTE? Most liberal district in the Union. No moderate in the guy that TOOK your gun away in DC.

Now people die because they are defenseless.

In the richest little city in the world surrounded by all that money taxed and stolen and threatened and forced and beaten.

If you threw a stone……..you'd hit Baltimore.

There’s a new crisis in Washington, at least from the Democrats’ perspective. In January and early February, the Republican Senate confirmed five of Obama’s judicial nominees. But then, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia died. Since then, Republicans haven’t voted on any of Obama’s nominees.

Last week, Senate Democrats tried to pull a fast one. They tried to force a vote on two of Obama’s lower court nominees. But they were stopped dead in their tracks when Republican John Cornyn of Texas objected. He reminded Democrats that deciding who gets voted on is the Republican Majority Leader’s job. And he has not indicated one way or another if he’s going to let any judicial nominees come up for a vote during this election year.

So now, fears are growing among Democrats and their Drive-By media allies, that over 30 Obama nominees might be “collateral damage” … if Republicans don’t cave, and vote on Obama’s Supreme Court pick, Merrick Garland.

Democrats are crying foul. But when they were in power, they used the so-called “nuclear option” to deny Republicans the ability to oppose judicial nominations and rammed through 89 judges. Over the years, these same Democrats have killed off scores Republican judicial nominees by denying them votes, and smearing their reputations.

So, the shoe is on the other foot, and tough toenails! This is what opposition looks like.

Besides, keeping liberal activist Obama nominees off the courts is very, very good for the country! The real question is: when to the Republicans cave?
