At this point, I'm not buying what the media is peddling. ..I am not without concerns about Trump. But we witnessed nearly 8 years of a media questioning little of what Obama and his administration did. Not by coincidence.

Jared Kushner’s Growing Stench of Treason

If Kushner’s actions should come to attract the stigma of treachery, it would be in the old Roman Republican sense of maiestas, when public values and their expression in state institutions still meant something. Thus, in the Roman Republic, maiestas was about punishing individuals for hijacking their state positions for their personal gain. It could be used, for example, to prosecute official maladministration, like corruption by provincial officials or military officers. An apt modern equivalent would be soliciting personal investments by selling political access or expedited visas to rich Chinese people, which Kushner’s family business has already independently been accused of.

We’ll have to wait for the facts to see what Kushner may have been trying to hide from U.S. intelligence. But my hunch is that far from the “Manchurian Candidate” theories, this will turn out to be a sorry case of operating in the grey areas of the law to enrich oneself whilst in office. Not as bad as aiding the enemy, but still rancid. It is exactly what treachery as maiestas meant in Republican Rome: An offense against the dignity of the state understood as a community bound by its public values.

Perhaps Kushner went rogue. Or Manafort. Flynn I will give you, even if they piled on...I can see that. But don't tell me Trump is an idiot, then say he pulls off a plan with the Russians to beat Hillary, or does business dealings with mobsters, and does it right under the NSA's nose...there's been how many leaks? Surely something resembling evidence would have oozed out of the walls by now...

When Clinton took office, he fired everybody...every Republican appointee including those looking into Whitewater. Not unusual. Past presidents have done the same. You clean house when you get there. But not George W. Bush. He left many Clinton appointees in place in a show of bi-partisanship. Then they stabbed him in the back. Got Scooter Libby for..........we still don't know. It's called a process crime. A crime after the fact, usually perjury during testimony and committed inadvertently over a date or time or meeting. Libby did it and corrected it. He went to jail. Prison. The Dems were out for blood because BUSH STOLE THE ELECTION. Sound familiar?

So you have some Clinton people in place for 16 years when Obama shows up. HE fires everybody that smells Republican and moderates too. He was voted in for CHANGE. On top of those holdovers from Clinton we add Obamas people and another 8 years. That's 24 years folks. Washington is embedded with liberals and socialists throughout every branch of government. CIA. FBI. IRS. STATE. You name the department. It's swarming with libs. Right now. Here.Today. As we speak.

Let's step in my time machine and revisit the past............................................

Remember the IRS scandal? Lois Lerner, Obama appointee, investigated and held up political contributions from primarily CONSERVATIVE groups. Something like 97%. (Just like CNN vs. Trump.) That affected elections. Legal contributions were being withheld from conservative candidates while the libs swam in money. But that's O.K. because it all got cleared up when Lois Lerner testified under oath. OH WAIT! SHE DIDN'T! She pleaded the fifth. Then the dems got rid of her. Swept her under the carpet. But don't worry. She's taken care of for life. That what happens when a lib operative falls on the sword. At least we had the e-mails to investigate the..........OH WAIT! THERE WERE NO E-MAILS! THEY GOT LOST! THEY LOST ALL OF THEM! TWO YEARS WORTH! JUST ENOUGH TO COVER THE TIME OBAMA AND LERNER WERE IN CHARGE! JUST LOST THEM........WHOOPS!

Sound familiar? Libs never have to testify. They're always losing their e-mails unless they're getting hacked into because Podesta clicks on a link.

That's what the SWAMP is. A bunch of holdover cronies for a quarter of a century with one purpose in mind. Stay in power at any cost. Nothing else matters. That's why the AG Lynch can talk with Bill Clinton in private days before Comey end the investigation on Hillary. Nothing wrong here. Fast and Furious? No problem. #2 guy in the FBI has a wife running as a dem in Virginia and she gets A HALF MILLION DOLLARS from former Clinton flunky and Current dem gov Terry McAuliffe and that's just fine. Nothing to see here.

So far I see libs embedded in a Washington bureaucracy that's still in place and backed by 90% of the American media machine and the minority party. They never testify and they are never found guilty.

But Trump can't fire anybody and EVERYBODY he knows has to testify (and they should) because if they don't it's proof they lied. And the news can be dominated to the umpth degree with rumors and proven lies by an out of control liberal media.

Let's review....................

Washington is crawling with libs under every rock and stone. Trump has to do a better job of getting rid of them.

The media is totally FAKE and useless...in fact, it has become dangerous.

Every move Trump makes on anything is wrong and you are duly notified by the above actors.

Libs live life on a one way street.

Finally, do libs actually believe all the crap they are fed? Some do. Somewhat. Their hatred and inbred cultivated biased and prejudiced views are a result of a liberally dominated educational and justice system. The courts are crawling with these types and we are bombarded from daycare to the safe spaces in universities with liberal propaganda. It's hard to believe any of us make it out alive. I feel like the movie Red Dawn and I'm in the re-education camp getting bombarded with a 24/7 cycle of CNN. So they do believe...to a point.

But way down deep inside all of us is a sense of fairness and justice. We all know right from wrong...at least for awhile. If you ignore it long enough, the gentle voice of conscious subsides but never really goes away. Deep down the libs must always fight it. They must move past it. There is no time for self-conscious reflection because there is a battle to be fought.

They know. But it's more important to WIN and easier not to change. So that makes it possible to ignore scrubbed servers and lost e-mails and cling to rumors and innuendo. They want so much to believe in big government to take care of everything. And never turn on them.

And big government is good for who? Them, those who are in charge.. The ones who stand to gain the most. And their minions...And their handlers, their financiers...
