In regard to 69-70 and 79-80, it doesn't say anything about the players you choose being from the 70s. I think all years are fair game, as long as all of the other criteria are met.

Thanks, This Draft: Quite the puzzle. Had to make revisions 6-7 times. Couldn't keep Bossy, Couldn't have 68g Kurri. . got Wayne, but who goes with the 87g money one? Only 2 other centers. No wingers. Phil and Yzerman. Very challenging draft.

I am assuming we can use a C as a winger. and etc

Relaxed rosters, so you can use a C as a winger, etc.as long as you stay within the limits.
