The 16 hour rule is not happening

-Each team MUST have a 4th round pick
-Draft order will be using the NY lotto, (I add the last four number lowest wins/tiebreaker goes to the first lowest number) at which point owners will be able to choose draft location
-Round 1, is just like the 52, ODL, and SSDL. After round 1, you will have 1 player on your team.
-Round 2, is just like the 52, ODL, and SSDL. After round 2, you will have 2 players on your team.
-Round 3, is just like the 52, ODL, and SSDL. After round 3, you will have 3 players on your team.

This is where things get different.

-Round 4, is the clone round. This round is picks cloned. YOU CAN NOT PICK A PLAYER THAT HAS BEEN DRAFTED. We aren't cloning Dwight Howard, does not matter if you drafted him in the 1st round. After round 4, you will have FIVE players on your team.
-Round 5, you select 2 different undrafted players, much like round 6 in the 52, ODL, and SSDL. After round 5, you will have 7 players on your roster.
-Round 6, is just like round 5. After round 5, you will have 9 players on your roster.
-Round 7, Select 3 players. After round 7, you will be done drafting and have 12 players on your roster.

-Posted picks are FINAL

Lottery

Below is how the lotto will work. I will post the results here on 4/18/16. I will also sitemail the results to everyone.

Lottery Date: 4/18/16, beginning at 12:20 AM Because we have two vacant teams

Lottery Details:
We will use the New York lottery system. It's basically a keno draw where 20 random numbers are chosen between 1-80. There are 351 draws - every four minutes starting at Midnight and ending at 23:56 EST. We will select one days worth of drawings. Each team will be assigned a certain number of drawings (time specific). The number of drawings each team will receive is closely based on the actual NBA lottery percentages based on each teams respective regular season record. Then once ALL the NY lottery selections have been made we'll add up each set of twenty numbers the first five numbers and the team with lowest combined total wins the 1st draft spot and so on for the first three picks. After the first three have been determined, the remaining picks will be in inverse order from the previous season's win total with new owners drafting their slot after everyone else. In the event of a tie we will compare each set of numbers starting with the lowest number in each selected set until one team wins. For example if two teams have a total of 621 and one set of the lowest numbers is (1, 2, 4, 7, 12 etc.) and another group has (1, 2, 3, 8, 14 etc.) the 1's cancel out, the 2's cancel out, and the 3 is lower than 4 so the 1, 2, 3, 8, 14 etc. set of numbers wins. the next lowest number Non-playoff teams from the previous season whose owners are not returning will be left blank. Any questions just ask.
