I have a question....does your player pool include all players (AL and NL) from your year or if you are in the AL do you only draft AL players?

The entire player pool, both leagues...this should provide plenty of talent. And I picked 3 eras that are post expansion, to maximize the pool.

Not quite true - Colorado/Florida (93) and Arizona/Tampa Bay (98), so the 85 era is 4 teams short.

Ok you got me. I should have said post 1969 expansion. I intentionally steered clear of the years with only 8 teams per league.

But what if I own a 2001 2nd round pick, do I pick first in the 2nd round of that draft, or will you have to slot me into the 2nd round of that draft based on my record(compared to all of the 2000 teams)?
The acquired pick- you would assume the slot belonging to the owner that traded you the pick.

On the flip side, if you own the top pick, any picks you trade would transfer to the acquiring owner, and they would assume that top spot in that round...
