Just to clarify:

So if you sign up for 1985 NL, you along with the 7 others, will draft from the entire 1985 player pool. Full or partial seasons may be used. No DH in the NL, but when traveling to AL parks you will need a DH in your lineup.

The drafts will be held in the Theme League forums. Hopefully we can get this filled soon, then I'll set them up.

Round 1 will be untimed, then 1 hour intervals thereafter.

The Old Doc just saw an error. I had mentioned a stadium draft, but stadiums are not exclusive, so we won't bother with that.

There is a rule in place on stadiums. You must use the same stadium each season. You are given the option to switch stadiums prior to the beginning of Season 4.

I think this will be quite interesting to see how everyone drafts. You can overhaul your roster each season, so there might be far less keepers from year to year, especially with a deep draft pool. And it isn't like a standard progressive, because all you need is from that 5 year snapshot of a player's career...or less.

There will be 3 simultaneous drafts...1985, 2000 and 2011. All 8 owners from the same era take part in the same draft. If you are in the 2000 draft, you can pick both NL and AL players from the 2000 season. You are split into different leagues just for divisional purposes... Got it?

So there's 8 of you in each draft...

This has nothing to do with rookies. All players from that season that are WIS eligible that season may be drafted. If they don't qualify, they aren't eligible for that season's draft.
