The year of the batter also comes into play, with modern again yielding a lower chance of error

From the knowledge base:
We also use Log5 normalization for fielding and determining errors. The 4 key pieces here are: fielder's fielding percentage (FPCT), the league average from the fielder's season at the position, the league average from the hitter's season at the position and the league average from the pitcher's season at the position.
His performance history averages out at 14 errors. Not sure how much different this league is v open leagues as far as the distribution of eras. I would imagine pretty close, despite the salary difference.
I see the 1887 version at 17 errors per 799 innings (or ~31 over a full season).
Dang - didn't see that it was for 91 games.

Wow just looked for the first time today and 9 of my top 10 are gone and I still don't pick for another 20 or so picks, I was closer to the middle in the first draft and I would take it over the "back to back" and then waiting 40+ picks to draft again!! Still feeling pretty good about where I'm at currently though, still a ton of good position players out there right now. Can't believe Mcgraw lasted as long as he did especially with the option to DH him

Wow...only FOUR picks after 8:31 pm last night? What happened to all the "nite owls" in this league?? At LEAST we coulda gotten back to specs so he could pick two in the morning. Oh well....
