Calculating service time Topic

I have a guy who was called up after roster expansion last season and played in 15 games. If I want to avoid a year of arb is it correct that I can call him up after 21 games this year since MiL assignments greater than 20 don't count against service time, or am I reading the rules wrong and I need to wait 36 days?

If you send him back down to the minors, those days will count toward his service time. So you will need to add those days to the 20 games that you would do if he had no MLB time.
