you know coach, its really annoying when you only choose players from my team. The other division teams also have good players. Hint hint
I don't mind losing players. I had Gossage gone anyway. I only mind it when it appears I have offended someone and am being selected solely on that.

You can only pick earlier than your time if *everyone* picking ahead of you has posted a valid pick, otherwise when your time arrives, you can post your selection regardless (so if the previous guy posts his pick but someone earlier hadn't posted his, you still need to wait).
