For the $65 Million theme - It would be helpful to have a definitive list of teams that are included in the theme. For example, are Federal League teams in or out (the Chicago Whales and the Brooklyn Feds)? What about the Chicago Orphans (who have seasons within the time parameters)? Finally, although Newark, N.J. is generally considered part of the NYC greater geographic area, I'm assuming the Newark Peppers are excluded for purposes of this theme correct?

I will work on this list. Good suggestion.

For the $120 Million theme - I'm assuming that if a nominated player has both pitching and hitting seasons in the sim, the 12-15 season range must be either all hitting years or all pitching years but cannot overlap. For example, if player A has 10 pitching seasons and 4 hitting seasons, he cannot be chosen as a nominated player, even though his total number of seasons are within the proper range.

All seasons count. We'll slot the player based on where his more common position is (hitter or pitcher). The very first year of 16x16, Ruth was selected, so people could draft his hitting or his pitching seasons.

For 120m, is the teammates thing straight teammates or is there twisting? i.e., if I have 1927 Lou Gehrig, can I take 1919 Babe Ruth or only 1927 Babe Ruth?

Players that have the same letter for both first and last names are allowed (schwarze even gives a pair of examples in the theme description):

So if you select C, G, M, R, you can roster Greg Maddux, Christy Matthewson, Cupid Childs, Red Rolfe, but not George Herman (Babe) Ruth (since Babe is what comes up in the search).

In other words you can and should select Mario Mendoza

Already answered... but yes... Mickey Mantle is fine, if one of your letters is M

Wow I never realized how hard a $65 million team is to put together

Finally got my 65M team how I wanted it and then bam, noticed the 20/20/20 rule. Back to square 2 or 3

The $65 mill team took a disproportionate amount of time....all for a .450 winning pct.
