Certainly feasible. I find that most worlds have similar IFA but part of the equation is "level appropriate". Players tend to get moved up quicker in MG/Coop due to the MWR issues. So, when a team signs a 20 y/o IFA, very few go the LoA, HiA, AA, AAA, BL route. Leaves less to chose from.
