The way this season is playing out, Nov 17 might be the biggest day in CFB.

Houston vs. Louisville.

I see Bama, Clemson and Michigan/OSU being in. That leaves the B12 or PAC12. I don't think either of them have a good candidate. More than likely, a two loss team wins their conference.

So, what I'm saying is, I think an undefeated Houston might get the nod.

Their signature win right now is OU.

Not as special as it once seemed.

No, it is not. I just don't see anyone taking charge in the P12 or B12.

NEBRASKA
Good trick to take charge of the b12 since they are in the BIG10

Most Big 10 teams could take over the Big 12 this year.

Bogus polling II

Louisville's signature win is a 2 loss FSU team. Which lost to UNC. Which lost to UGA.

No way a one loss Cardinals team belongs above A&M, UT, and maybe even Nebraska at this point.

Random thoughts so far:
Tennessee some how stays undefeated. IF they win out they'll be in. That being said there's no way they win out. Then again they shouldn't be undefeated right now.

Bama looks like like the best team out there.

Stanford looked like the pac 12's best hope but Washington now looks like they certainly belong in the discussion.

If the previous scenario holds true (bama, much/osu, pac 12 aka Washington) then a one loss A&M could get the nod ahead of an undefeated Houston. Clemson is still a front runner as well but I don't know if they have it in them this year. They've looked pretty vulnerable. Regardless if they do run the table they would have to get in.

Did they outscore all of their opponents? If they did, they should be undefeated.

Maybe this is widely viewed as unlikely...but

What if UT loses to Bama in the regular season but beats them as an undefeated in the SEC Championship as a 1 loss team? Obviously, pending other teams records, but wouldn't that probably put 2 SEC teams in the playoff?

Clemson if they hold serve and the OSU/Mich winner get in.

I don't think two Power 5 are left out unless it's an undefeated Houston. But, then again, if we're talking about 3 loss conference winners, it's possible.

Player safety doesn't matter when you play A&M it turns out. What a group of head hunters.

But refs more than happy to call an unsportsmanlike on a one hand push during a play. I have zero faith in football officials. At any level.

So put you down with the pro-concussion lobby then?
